Our Group has refined a framework which has been implemented across 20+ M&A partnerships with other payment processing firms since 2015.
Potential acquisition targets are identified and contacted to determine suitability and interest.
Financials are obtained and analyzed against a broad set of industry metrics. Results are discussed with the acquisition target to determine if there is interest in finalizing deal.
Based on the analytical data, an offer is presented to the owner and final terms are negotiated.
Final terms are memorialized in appropriate contracts, funds are collected from participating co-investors, and the final cash consideration is transferred to the seller after all documents have been executed.
The fundraising for our Group’s acquisitions consists of a blend of Twenty20’s own cash injections and participation from our external network of equity and debt co-investors.
Our Group provides data room access containing all essential due diligence documents for our co-investors to review each portfolio acquisition.
Co-investors receive monthly reports on past portfolio investments as well as a monthly partner letter featuring updates on future acquisition opportunities.
